摘要
通过田间种植试验,采用植物生理生化测定方法,研究不同砧木对嫁接甜瓜叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:各嫁接组合甜瓜叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性存在一定的差异,其中以Y-5、Y-8、Y-9为砧木的嫁接苗表现较为突出,这些可以作为进一步研究的基础。
The effects of different stocks on the physiological index in the leaves of grafted melon were studied by field trial and physiological determination. The results showed that there were certain differences in chlorophyll, soluble protein and malondiadehyde (MDA) contents, peroxidase (POD), dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities among the combinations. The differences for Y-5, Y-8 and Y-9 were more prominent, and it laid the foundation for the further research.
