不同砧木对嫁接甜瓜植株生长及果实品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of melon

摘要 以南瓜品种‘日本雪松’‘韩国金砧’‘金甲砧’‘黑霸一号’‘抗病先锋’‘希望1号’为砧木,以甜瓜‘东方蜜3号’和‘东方蜜4号’为接穗,通过测定不同嫁接组合的成活率、植株生长势、产量、果实品质及抗性,研究不同砧木对嫁接甜瓜植株生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:‘东方蜜3号’∕‘黑霸一号’组合和‘东方蜜4号’∕‘金甲砧’组合的嫁接成活率较高,分别为93.8%和91.8%,植株长势较强,单瓜重分别比自根苗高15.58%和27.97%。果实品质测定发现,与‘东方蜜3号’自根苗相比,‘东方蜜3号’∕‘黑霸一号’嫁接组合果实中心可溶性固形物、葡萄糖、蔗糖和可滴定酸含量均显著提高,但糖酸比、可溶性糖和果糖含量显著下降,VC含量略有降低,而果肉硬度、黏性、弹性和咀嚼性均无明显变化,与‘东方蜜4号’自根苗相比,‘东方蜜4号’∕‘金甲砧’嫁接组合果实中的可溶性固形物、蔗糖、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量有所提高,而VC含量下降,果肉质地无明显变化。抗性试验结果显示,砧木品种‘金甲砧’和‘黑霸一号’对镰刀菌酸和Na Cl均具有较强的抗性。综上,‘黑霸一号’和‘金甲砧’分别是甜瓜品种‘东方蜜3号’和‘东方蜜4号’嫁接的优良砧木。 In order to study the effects of different rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of grafted melon plants,6 pumpkin varieties‘Ribenxuesong’,‘HanGuojinzhen’,‘Jinjiazhen’,‘Heiba 1’,‘Kangbingxianfeng’and‘Xiwang 1’were used as rootstocks,and the melon varieties‘Dongfangmi 3’and‘Dongfangmi 4’were used as scions.The survival rate,plant growth potential,yield,fruit quality and resistance of different grafting combinations were measured.The results showed that the combinations of‘Dongfangmi 3’∕‘Heiba 1’and‘Dongfangmi 4’∕‘Jinjiazhen’not only had higher survival rates(93.8%and 91.8%,respectively),but also had stronger plant growth,and compared with self-rooted seedlings,the average fruit weight was significantly increased by 15.58%and 27.97%,respectively.Fruit quality determination results showed that compared with‘Dongfangmi 3’self-rooted seedlings,the contents of the central soluble solids,glucose,sucrose and titratable acid in the grafted combination of‘Dongfangmi 3’∕‘Heiba 1’were significantly increased,the sugar acid ratio and the content of soluble and fructose decreased significantly,VC content was slightly lower,while the flesh hardness,adhesiveness,springiness and chewiness were no significant changes.Compared with‘Dongfangmi 4’self-rooted seedlings,the contents of soluble solids,sucrose,soluble sugar and titratable acid in the grafted fruit of‘Dongfangmi 4’∕‘Jinjiazhen’combination were increased,while the content of VC was decreased,but there was no obvious adverse effect on flesh texture.The resistance test results showed that the rootstock varieties‘Jinjiazhen’and‘Heiba 1’had stronger resistance to fusarium acid and NaCl than the melon varieties‘Dongfangmi 3’and‘Dongfangmi 4’.In conclusion,‘Heiba 1’and‘Jinjiazhen’are good rootstocks for thegrafting of‘Dongfangmi 3’and‘Dongfangmi 4’,respectively.
