摘要
美术院校二级学院在管理模式上为校、院、系三级管理,机构多,人员分工不明确,旨在通过三种循序渐进模式的建构,以实现扁平化管理,充分发挥管理人员工作主动性,提升专业化管理水平,创建开放性、共享性、服务性二级学院管理模式。
For the secondary school in fine art college is managed by three layers as college,school and department, the results are more management organizations and unclear division of work. By constructing three evolutionary models to realize management with level, it can motivate staff＇s work initiative, raise specialized management level, and set up open and service-oriented management model.
