摘要
高校二级学院的行政管理工作具有着明显的综合性、协调性等特点,是当前高等教育管理的重要组成部分,在高等教育管理中具有指导性和原则性作用。随着高校办学规模扩大,办学水平的提升,行政管理的地位和作用更加突出;因此,建立一支廉洁、高效的高校教育行政管理团队,加强队伍建设是高校快速发展的关键;坚持创新管理方法,构建和完善新的管理制度,树立"以人为本"的服务理念,增强服务意识,才能保证高校改革发展和实现人才培养的目标。
The administrative management in secondary colleges has the obvious comprehensive,coordinated and other characteristics,is the important constituent of current higher education management,in the higher education management has guidance and principles of action.With the expanding of the scale of university,upgrading of the level of school,the position and role of administrative management are more prominent;therefore,to establish a clean,efficient university educational administration management team,strengthen team construction is the key to rapid development in colleges and universities;adhere to innovative management method,and improve the construction of the new management system,establish the 'people-oriented' concept of service,enhance service consciousness,can ensure the university reform development and achieve the objective of cultivating talents.
