摘要
目前我国大学正在推进学院实体化改革,在学院实体化建设过程中,一项重要的工作就是学院治理结构的改革与调整。学院治理结构的改革要遵循“党为核心、行政管理、教授治学、民主参与”的基本原则;落实和完善“党政分工合作、共同负责”的学院领导体制;注重发挥学术权力的主导作用。
At present Chinese universities are undergoing the transformation of a college structure, which involves the very important factor of collegiate management in the process.This paper proposes the basic principle of party at the core with the participation of administrative management, tutorial teaching and democratic initiative; meanwhile the leadership of the college should be structured in a bipolar way, involving both the party and administration with a focus on the significance of academic freedom.
