摘要
大学治理结构是现代大学制度的核心部分。本文试图通过揭示大学治理结构背后的"治理结构←权力分配←权力来源←制度安排"逻辑主线,对大学治理结构的相关理论与现象进行探讨。在界定大学权力类型和权力主体的基础上,借用组织行为学的依赖-权力理论和社会学的资本-权力理论对大学的权力分配和权力来源进行分析,提出描述大学治理结构特征的逻辑命题;然后通过对差异性较为明显的关、德、中三国大学治理结构模式进行比较分析,实例验证治理结构背后的内在逻辑;最后,根据本文提出的命题对我国大学治理结构的现实状况和发展趋势作出判断与评价,强调政府在大学治理结构改革中的责任与使命。
University governance structure is the hard - core of modern university system. Following the logic thread of ＂system arrangement - power origin - power distribution - governance structure＂ , the paper makes an in - depth exposition of the phenomena and theory of university governance structure. Based on analyzing the distribution and origin of university power by borrowing ideas from dependence - power theory and capital - power theory, the author provides a logic proposition of characterizing the university governance structure ; then it testifies this internal logic through comparing the differences among American, German and Chinese university governance structure models. Lastly, the author makes the judgment and evaluation on the reality and trends of Chinese university governance structure according to the above theory, and stresses on the government＇s responsibility and mission in the university governance reform.
