摘要
分析了风电接入地区电网后功率缺额扰动下地区电网孤网运行时的暂态频率特性影响因素,如风电渗透率、风机类型、惯量控制、风速波动情况等,并定性推导出地区电网孤网运行时最大暂态频率偏差的影响因素公式,仿真结果验证了该公式的正确性。基于上述影响因素分析,针对风电接入地区电网后功率缺额扰动下的频率首摆下潜量过大、持续时间过长的现象,提出了安控切负荷措施与低频减载措施的配合方案,即切负荷时间和切荷率相配合方案,仿真结果验证了该配合方案的合理性和可行性。
Frequency influencing factors in isolated power grid with wind power penetration during the disturbance of power shortage are analyzed in this paper,such as wind power penetration level,wind turbine types,inertia control loop and wind power fluctuation.The qualitatively theoretical derivation is presented,which is demonstrated to be correct by simulation.Based on the above-mentioned influencing factors,in the light of the phenomenon of large dive depth and long duration of the frequency fast swing after fault,load shedding time and load shedding ratio coordination scheme is proposed.Simulation results verify the correctness of the rationality and feasibility of the proposed coordination scheme.
