摘要 地区电网发展初期因自动控制装置不健全,发生事故后在与主电网解网孤网运行时如何稳定运行对其研究有极其重要的意义,针对极端运行方式从孤网的性质、一次调频设置、发电机OPC设置、高频切机低频低压减载装置的配合、安全稳定装置几方面结合石河子电网"7·26" regional power grid development initial stage because the automatic control device is not perfect, after an accident in the main power grid network and solution of isolated network operation to the stable operation of the research to have the extremely vital significance, the extreme operating mode from the isolated nature of primary frequency modulation, generator set, OPC set, high frequency low frequency reduction of cutting machine loading device with safety device, several aspects of combinative Shihezi electrified wire netting is "7 · 26" accident and local power device fixed value setting for the regional power grid and grid security settings to provide reference for enterprises.
