摘要
针对江苏分区电网极端严重故障下存在严重功率缺额、局部孤网的局面,以及可能发生频率、电压崩溃的风险,文中提出低频低压减负荷与负荷联切装置相互协调的稳控配置方案。该方案依据断面潮流判断相应的切负荷量,并通过与低频低压减负荷协调配合适应电网不同运行方式。实际算例仿真验证了所提方案可有效保证分区电网孤网后的安全稳定运行。
Since the Jiangsu partition power grid exits the danger of serious power shortfall, local isolated network as well as frequency collapse and voltage collapse, the scheme of harmony allocation of UFLS & UVLS and load associated cut is raised in this paper. The scheme determine the appropriate amount of load shedding based on power flow, and adapt to different operation mode of grid through harmony allocation with UFLS & UVLS. Actual numerical examples verify that the proposed scheme can effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of partition grid after the isolated network.
