摘要
为了有效解决严寒地区特殊工作者的脚部保暖问题,现设计并制作了一种生热保温鞋,该保温鞋主要利用压电器件的压电效应实现的,鞋面通过使用特殊材料将电能转换为热能;并通过设计新的机械结构,提高发电量。定量测定了其性能,其发电功率大幅度提高。结果与理论数据基本符合。实验结果表明:该种生热保温鞋,结构简单,成本低,且可行性强,可广泛推广。
In order to solve their fect-warmed problem of special cold-suffering workers in the severe cold area effectively,now a kind of thermal insulation shoes was developed. The effects of the shoes was realized mainly by the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric devices. And the vamps could convert electrical energy into heat energy through the use of special material. The electric energy production was increased by the new design of its mechanical structure. By the tests,generated power expands significongtly,the results conforms to the theory basically. Experimental results show that the structure of this kind of thermal insulation shoes is simple,the cost is low,and the shoes are feasible. this kind of thermal insulation shoes can be widespread used.
