摘要
为了更加有效提高双压电振动能量采集器的发电效率,以双晶压电片为研究对象,设计了一种可收集电动机机械振动能量的双压电振动能量采集器。探究了电动机在不同转速情况下,双晶压电片不同连接方式对采集器的发电特性、内阻、输出电压和输出功率的影响。通过实验结果与理论计算值进行对比,可见,两个电极并联的双晶压电片并联输出功率最大可达314.69μW,为最优的双晶压电片连接方式。
In order to improve the power generation capability of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester,taking the bimorph as the research object,a piezoelectric vibration energy harvester that can collect the vibration energy of motor is designed.The influence of the different connection modes of the double crystal piezoelectric sheet on the generation characteristics,internal resistance,output voltage and output power of the collector is investigated under the condition of different rotational speeds.Compared the experimental results to the theoretical calculation,it can be seen that the total output power of double piezoelectric bimorph parallel connected with two electrodes could be up to 314.69μW,which is the best mode of bimorph connection.
