摘要
教师的角色定位是指:让教师认识其在教育中的地位,选择合适的行为模式。在教师的角色定位过程中,人本理念既是其出发点,也是一种行为模式。由于有些教师在认识人本理念中的"人"时出现了偏差,因而使得其角色定位出现了错误。为了避免这种错误的出现,教师要在角色定位中认识到自己既是"教学者"也是"学习者",其角色是不断转换的。
Teachers' role positioning refers to the model that helps the teacher realize his position in education and choose the suitable behavior. In the process of teachers' role positioning,the human- oriented ideology is not only a starting point but also a behavioral model. But some teachers go astray in understanding the human- oriented ideology,which leads to some errors in their role positioning. In order to avoid such errors,teachers must recognize that they are not only"teachers " but also"learners" and that their roles have always been changing.
