摘要
现代教育强调,学生是教育的主体。而学生主体地位的真正确立,需要教师角色的重新定位。即在与学生的关系方面,教师要由课堂主宰者、知识传授者转变为学生学习的组织者、引导者、促进者;在与课程的关系方面,教师要由课程的被动执行者转变为课程的建设者、开发者、研究者。
Modern education stresses students are the main part in education, while the real determination of students' main position requires re--orientation of teachers' role. In the relationship with students, teachers should transform from classroom controller and knowledge imparter to the promoter for students' learning, while in the relationship with courses, teachers should transform from passive executor to the constructor, developer and researcher of the courses.
