摘要
目前注水管柱在井筒液体中所受浮力主要采用浮重法计算,与现场实际情况不符。为此,开展了管柱单元结构浮力研究,引进了修正因子——侧浮力,用以对现有单元浮力计算公式进行修正。通过等效原理建立注水管柱单元结构浮力的力学计算公式,并在定向井上对注水管柱浮力进行计算,通过理论验证,证明了改进后的单元结构浮力计算公式的正确性。建议管柱力学分析采用修正后的单元结构浮力计算公式,以提高分析计算结果的准确性。
The buoyancy of water injection string in the well liquid is mainly calculated with the buoyant weight method. This is not in agreement with the practical field condition. Therefore, research on the buoyancy of string unit structure was conducted. The modifying factor, namely lateral buoyancy, was introduced to modify the u- nit buoyancy calculation formula available. The dynamic calculation formula for injection string unit buoyancy was established according to the equivalent principle. The theoretical verification was carried out, proving the correct- hess of the improved unit structure buoyancy calculation formula. It is suggested that the modified calculation formu- la should be adopted in string' s mechanical analysis in order to improve the accuracy of analysis and calculation.
