摘要
分层注水过程中,注水管柱在多级封隔器的作用下,发生轴向伸缩蠕动,严重时导致封隔器解封或窜动.在考虑注水管柱初始几何缺陷条件下,根据有限变形理论,采用有限元法综合分析多级封隔器管柱的柱塞效应、螺旋弯曲效应、温度效应,以及处于非均匀内外压差下的膨胀效应引起的轴向位移,为合理确定多级封隔器的补偿位移提供依据.
The water injection string will generate axial flex and squirm under the function of multistage packer in the process of separated layer water injection, which can severely lead to unset or movement of the packer. With consideration of initial geometrical flaw of water injection string and based on the finite element deformation theory, the plunger effect, helical buckling effect, temperature effect and the axial displacement caused by expansion effect in non-uniform inside and outside differential pressure are analyzed synthetically by finite element method. And it has provided a basis to the bit shift compensation of multistage packer.
