摘要 长庆油田安塞区块对14口井进行桥式偏心分层注水试验表明,Y341型可反洗井封隔器解封力偏小,在定向井上应用存在有效期短、集注流量测试仪器串遇卡、用平衡式集流流量测试密封段在井斜段内有较严重的磨损导致测试精度及效率偏低等问题。将Y341型可反洗井封隔器由单液缸坐封改为双液缸坐封,增大坐封力以提高其可靠性;测试仪器串由硬连接改为软连接,减小投捞力降低卡钻风险;平衡式测试密封段改为压缩式,消除磨损。改进后封隔器稳定性提高,没有出现卡钻情况,测试密封段无磨损现象,测试精度及效率提高。 Experiments were applied in 14 wells to test the adaptability of the bridge eccentric stratified water flooding in An Sai of Chang Qing Oil Field.The results showed that the validity of the Packer-Y341 was short,and afflux test apparatus might be frozen-in in directional wells,and the balanced seal section of the afflux test apparatus was seriously worn out.According to the result of the experiments,the improvements were made:the hydraulic cylinder,which was used to setting the packer,was changed from single to double to secure the setting performance and increase the unsetting strength;the balanced seal section of afflux test instrument was changed to compression.The practical field tests showed that the results were satisfactory.
