摘要
设计了一种适应注水井测试需要的、能够长期驻留在井下的分层注水流量检测系统,包括井下系统、地面系统和传输系统。井下系统能够测量多个注水层的流量、压力和温度,并将测量结果通过金属铠装电缆按曼彻斯特码协议传输到地面系统,实时显示。流量测量采用基于超声波的时差法,根据实测温度和压力对超声波的传播速度进行修正;在计算体积流量时,结合流体的流动特性,对流速进行了修正。试验结果表明,所设计的系统有良好的性能。
A permanent downhole flowmeter system is designed to monitor multilayer flux and the system consists of downhole system, surface system and communication system. The downhole system measures the flux, pressure and temperature of the water flood layers and the measurement results is transmitted to the surface by an armored cable made of metal pipe. The surface system is used to display real time data including the measured flux, pressure and temperature of the multiple layers. The flux is measured based on the method of time difference of ultrasonic and wave spread velocity of ultrasonic is corrected by the measured pressure and temperature. Moreover, fluid velocity is also corrected by analysis of fluid flow shape, and the volume flow rate is calculated using corrected velocity. Finally, the performance of the flowmeter is demonstrated by test.
