摘要
利用弹性力学理论详细分析了注水压力、注水管柱自重、井口压力、流量、地层温度和液体流动摩擦阻力对注水管柱应力及轴向变形的影响,并给出了相应的计算公式。通过实际算例得出以下结论:(1)液体流动摩擦引起的动应力与速度的平方成正比,在总应力中占有相当比例;(2)注水管柱的轴向变形中,液体流动及地温引起的变形是不可忽略的因素;(3)在实际工程中,由于井壁对注水管柱及封隔器的摩擦作用,管柱的实际应力和轴向变形小于理论计算值。
Based on the theory of elastic mechanics, the influence of waterflood pressure, waterflood pipe gravity, wellhead pressure, flow rate, formiation temperature and flowing friction on the stress and axial deformation of waterflood pipe is in vestigated, and relevant calculating equations are given. An example of calculation shows that, (1) the dynamic stress caused by liquid flowing friction is proportional to the square of waterflood velocity, and amounts to a large percentage of the total stress; (2)the deformation resulted from the liquid flowing and formation temperature is not ignorable; (3) the actual stress and axial deformation of the waterflood pipe are smaller than the calculated values owing to the friction be tween the borehole wall and pipe and packer.
