摘要
随钻扩眼钻井技术是一种能有效解决小井眼钻井难题的重要技术,但存在钻柱动力学稳定性差、扩眼效果不理想和钻速低等问题。文章针对TH-A井■149.2mm大斜度小井眼随钻扩眼至■170mm井眼作业过程,基于有限元力学分析方法,建立了适合大斜度小井眼的随钻扩眼钻柱动力学模型,采用Newmark法进行随钻扩眼有限元动力学模拟,研究BHA在小井眼中的运动状态,分析钻柱各关键位置处扭转角速度、扭矩、等效应力、井口轴向力及扭矩的时间响应。模拟结果与实测吻合较好,为研究随钻扩眼钻柱的振动特性,优化随钻扩眼措施提供了理论支持。
Reaming while drilling(RWD) technology is an effective way to solve the borehole problems in slim hole drilling,but the disadvantages of RWD existed in drilling,such as poor stability,hole enlargement fluctuation and low ROP.In order to solve these problems,based on dynamic simulation of finite element method(FEM),the RWD drilling string dynamic model of enlarging Φ149.2mm hole to the size of Φ170mm was established.The motion state of BHA in slim hole,dynamic stress change of drilling string,and the change laws of wellhead axial force and torque with time were studied and the influence factors on drilling string dynamic were analyzed by using the RWD drilling string dynamic model.The simulation outcomes inosculated better with the in-situ date,so it supplied the theoretical support for the optimizing RWD technology.
