摘要
为了研究井下管柱在井下高温高压下的实际受力与蠕动状况,研制了井下管柱受力蠕动检测装置,整个装置包括连接及壳体部分、接口部分、测量及电路系统3大部分,安装在井下管柱上。该装置能够实时采集并存储温度、压力变化时的管柱受力和蠕动位移参数,可为研究分析井下管柱的受力,优化井下管柱结构和设计配套工具结构提供参考依据。
In order to study the actual force and creep condition of downhole string under downhole high temperature and high pressure, a kind of detection unit for string creep by force is developed. Installed on the downhole string, the whole unit consists of connection and body part, interface part as well as measurement and circuit system. The unit can acquire and store real-time parameters of string creep displacement under different temperatures and pressures, providing reference for analyzing the force condition of the string, optimizing string configuration and designing accessory tools.
