摘要
负荷传感器短节是抽油杆井下力学实测装置的关键部件。从油田实际出发,并充分考虑到负荷短节应满足温度、压力、腐蚀结垢、小空间、负荷变化大等工作状况要求,确定了负荷传感器的主要技术指标;采用应力集中的原则,解决了测量与强度的问题;通过优化贴片工艺、贴片方式,满足了测量精度;通过优化结构设计,满足了目前所有有杆抽油系统的检测要求。
The composition and principle of a wireless continuously-monitoring dynamometer is showed in this paper.The dynamometer can measure the displacement of a polished rod wirelessly by using acceleration sensor.The sensor's life is longer than the conventional and its reliability is much better.The dynamometer card's data can be transmitted wirelessly by using cc 1000 module,which changes the data transmitting way from by cable to by wirelessly.Because the dynamometer has more memory space and USB mobile hard disk is installed,it is much convenient for data transmission.The power supply of the dynamometer is accomplished by combining solar cell with rechargeable cell.The dynamometers have been used for two years and turn out to be successful.
