摘要
随着油田的不断开发,斜直井、定向井、水平井等斜井不断增多。杆管偏磨成为该类机采井运行过程中的一个较为严重的问题,在抽油杆上设计并安装合理的扶正器能够有效缓解此问题,保障抽油机井正常运行。为了使扶正器安装位置及间距更加准确合理,通过建立相应的杆柱力学模型,对斜井抽油杆进行受力分析,推导出了扶正器安装间距的理论值。现场对4口抽油机井实施该措施后,抽油杆的偏磨得到更最有效的防治,扶正器的安装数量得以减少,施工成本显著降低,系统效率提高7.13%,有功功率下降2.19 kW,吨液耗电量降低0.52 kWh,年节电3.79×10^(4) kWh,节约电费2.4万元,实现了节能降耗。
With the continuous development of oil fields,inclined vertical wells,directional wells,horizontal wells and other inclined wells are increasing.Rod and tube eccentric wear is a serious problem in the operation of mechanical production wells in oilfields.Installing a centralizer on the sucker rod can effectively alleviate this problem.In order to make the centralizer installation position and spacing more accurate and reasonable,through the establishment of the corresponding mechanical model of the rod string,the force analysis of the inclined well sucker rod is carried out,and the theoretical value of the centralizer installation spacing is derived.The field application shows that the Partial wear is more effectively prevented,the number of centralizers installed is reduced,and the construction cost is significantly reduced.The efficiency of the system is increased by 7.13%,the active power is decreased by 2.19 kW,the power consumption per ton of liquid is decreased by 0.52 kWh,the annual power saving is 3.79×10^(4) kWh,and the electricity cost is saved by 24000 yuan,realizing energy saving and consumption reduction.
