摘要
目的:探讨昆明山海棠(tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch,THH)对胶原诱导性关节炎(collagen induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠模型血清中细胞因子IL-6、IL-17及IFN-γ含量影响。方法:以牛Ⅱ型胶原(bovine collagen typeⅡ,CⅡ)和不完全弗氏佐剂免疫大鼠,建立大鼠CIA动物模型。设正常对照组、CIA动物模型组、糖皮质激素阳性对照组和昆明山海棠治疗组,每组各10只。收集大鼠血清,采用ELISA测定IL-6、IL-17及IFN-γ含量。结果:糖皮质激素阳性对照组和昆明山海棠治疗组的IL-6、IL-17及IFN-γ含量均明显低于CIA动物模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:昆明山海棠能够有效抑制胶原诱导大鼠关节炎的免疫反应,对CIA大鼠模型有积极的治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of THH on IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γ in collagen induced arthritis rats.Method:The autoimmune experimental animal CIA model was estabished by intradermal injections of bovine collagen typeⅡemulsified with uncomplete Freund’s adjuvant in 30 rats, which were equally randomized into three groups of Model control group,Dexamethasone group and THH treatment group.Another 10 rats were taken as blank control group.The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γwere determined by ELISA.Result:The contents of IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γwere significantly lower in Dexamethasone group and THH treatment group than those in Model control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:THH could inhibit the immune reaction of CIA rats and the treatment is exhibited remarkable curative effect in CIA model.
