摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗HIV相关炎症性皮肤病的疗效。方法:选取60例辨证分型为湿热浸淫型的HIV相关炎症性皮肤病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组以口服抗组胺药和外用糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗,2周为1个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组86.7%(26/30)高于对照组53.3%(16/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组DLQI指数低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减方对HIV相关炎症性皮肤病可取得良好疗效。
ObjectiveResearch in patients with HIV related dermatitis of yunnan province that to observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment. Methods： 60 hot and humid immersed Chinese syndrome type cases of HIV related inflammatory skin diseases patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 ca-ses in control group treated by oral anthistamines and external glucocorticoids. 30 cases in treatment grousis of conventional treatment combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction. A period of treatment is 2 丁he total effective rate in the treatmentgroup was 86. 7 % （26/30） and the control group is 53. 3 % （16/30）. 丁hetreatment group had sifnificant advantages over control group. Conclusions ： The Longdan Xiegan decoction was df- fective in therapy of HIV related dermatitis.
