摘要
目的:探讨藏药二十五味儿茶凝胶治疗青年成人期特应性皮炎(AD)的有效性和安全性。方法:将64例青年成人期AD患者随机分为治疗组(藏药二十五味儿茶凝胶)32例和对照组(丁酸氢化可的松乳膏)32例,连续治疗14d,采用湿疹面积及严重度指数评分(EASI评分)对临床体征进行疗效评价,同时对患者瘙痒程度积分进行评价。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为96.9%、87.5%,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组AD患者红斑、水肿(丘疹)、鳞屑、苔藓化及瘙痒等症状较治疗前均显著改善,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义;两组复发率分别为6.3%、21.9%,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藏药二十五味儿茶凝胶能改善AD皮损和缓解瘙痒等症状,与丁酸氢化可的松乳膏相比,其复发率低、不良反应少,可遴选为传统中藏药治疗AD的外用新剂型。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tibetan medicine Ershiwuwei Catechu Gel in the treatment of atopic dermatitis(AD)in young adults.Methods:Sixty-four young adult AD patients were randomly divided into treatment groups(32 cases,Tibetan medicine Ershiwuwei Catechu Gel)and control group(32 cases,Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream),continuous treatment for 14 days,eczema area and severity index score(EASI score)were used to evaluate the clinical signs,while the patient’s itching degree score was evaluated as well.Results:The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 96.9%,87.5%,respectively with no significant difference.Erythema,edema(pimple),scales on atopic dermatitis,mossy and itching were all significantly relieved in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The recurrence rate of treatment group and control group was 6.3%,21.9%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tibetan medicine Ershiwuwei Catechu Gel can improve the symptoms of atopic dermatitis and relieve itching.Compared with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream,Tibetan Medicine Ershiwuwei Catechu Gel has low recurrence rate with few adverse reactions,it can be selected as a new topical preparation for the treatment of AD.
