摘要 在EOP理论框架下改革高职英语教学,是指根据学生今后的职业需求,使教学的内容与学生未来所从事的工作相一致。而提升高职英语教师专业能力,是推动高职外语教学改革的有效途径,关系到未来高等职业教育发展。高职英语教师应更新教师教育教学理念,培养自主专业发展意识,并积极参与跨专业合作及各项培训,实现自身多元化能力提升。 The reform of higher vocational college English teaching under the EOP theory means to teach English which is in line with the students' professional demand. The improvement of English teachers' professional competence is an effective strategy to promote the reform of higher vocational college English teaching,and is closely related to the higher vocational education. Higher vocational English teachers should update their conceptions,improve their professional development consciousness,and actively take part in trans-disciplinary cooperation and training,and realize the development of diversified competence.
