摘要
高职院校教师教学能力是一种动态的、基于行为驱动的过程构建力,其成长经历了入职前期、入职初期、入职中期和入职后期四个发展阶段。各阶段通过教师不断的教学及实践分别形成了个体基本能力、专业教学能力(一般能力、特殊能力)和本体核心能力。这些阶段性教学能力具有相互关联、相互构建的关系,并通过不断强化的自举、自增强机制促进了教学能力不断提升与发展。
The teaching ability of teacher for higher vocational college is a dynamic ,behavior-driven power of construction process ,which goes through four stages:early entry stage, initial entry stage, middle entry stage, late entry stage. These four stages form respectively individual basic ability,specialty teaching ability (general ability, special ability) and the core ability of noumenon,through the constant teaching and practice. These stages have the relation of mutual support and construction,and improve the teaching ability to upgrade and develop constantly by the means of teaching behavior, teaching process and constantly strengthened bootstrap mechanismand self-reinforce mechanism.
