摘要
针对当前中小学校长培训课程教学中忽视学员主体、教法单一、缺乏针对性等问题,课题组在培训的教学实践中,摸索凝练出"学情分析·专题互动·影视辅助"教学新模式。该教学模式充分重视学员学习的主体地位,通过互动、影视体验等方式调动学员学习的积极主动性,是对提高中小学校长培训教学效果的重要实践探索和理论总结。
The teaching of principal training courses has long been teacher- centered with a single teaching mode, which ignores principals' participation.A new teaching mode named "Analysis of Principals' Learning, Theme - Oriented Interactive Teaching and Video Assist" was put forward during the teaching practice of the training by the research group. The mode attaches importance to the principals' participation, and triggers principals' intenrests and arouses their enthusiasm by interactive activities and video watching. It has both theoretical and applicable significance to enhance the teaching effect of principal training courses.
