摘要
我国的中小学校长培训在取得很大成就的同时,面临着新旧问题交缠的诸多困境。新东方作为我国教育培训领域中的佼佼者,其核心竞争力的主要构成要素有:优秀卓绝的培训师资、以人为本的学习文化、保持领先的核心技术以及别具一格的教学思想,对我国的中小学校长培训的改革和发展有着积极的意义。
The middle school headmaster training faces the conflicts of problems and progress in China. The New Oriental Group, as an outstanding model in the domain of headmaster training, is meaningful for the reform and development of the training through scanning its ingredients of the core competence, namely, reliable teachers, man-based education culture, core technology in taking the lead.
