摘要
以激波管为主要测试设备,测定非金属球形抑爆材料在丙烷、汽油蒸气、乙烯与空气混合气体中燃爆超压和火焰传播速度,分析材料在3种介质中对火焰的抑制作用。测试压力的4个压力传感器距点火端的距离分别为0.8、2.4、3.0、3.6m。结果表明:非金属球形抑爆材料在3种气体介质与空气混合气体中抑爆能力分别为88.92%、75.44%、68.35%;材料在丙烷介质中抑爆性能最佳,且该材料对火焰速度的抑制具有很好的线性规律。设计并进行验证实验,装有球形抑爆材料的油桶点火爆炸后保持完整,达到预期的效果。
Taking shock tube as the main equipment, the explo- sion overpressure and flame speed of propane, gasoline vapor, ethylene and air mixture were tested when the shock tube was filled with nonmetallic spherical materials. The explosion sup- pression performance of the explosion suppression materials to the flame was analyzed and contrasted. The distance of 4 pres- sure sensors from the ignition point were 0.8, 2.4, 3.0, 3.6 m. The experimental results showed that the explosion sup- pression performance of nonmetallic spherical materials in the three gas and air mixture medium are 88. 92%, 75. 44~ and 68.35~. The explosion suppression performance of materials in the medium of propane and air mixture is the best, and the suppression performance to the flame speed has a very good lin- ear rule. Verification experiments were designed and per- formed, and the drum with nonmetallic spherical materials re- mained integrity after explosion, means the desired effect was achieved.
