高密度聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料与M85甲醇汽油的相容性研究

摘要 M85甲醇汽油和高密度聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料在50℃下进行模拟储存试验,对比实验前后油品和材料相关性能的变化情况。结果表明:浸泡过材料的油样与平行储存的油样相比外观色度保持不变,M85甲醇汽油的酸度和实际胶质等指标变化极小,不会影响甲醇汽油品质。高密度聚乙烯阻隔防爆材料与M85甲醇汽油共存后,其表观外貌以及压缩强度基本保持不变。 Storage simulation test is carried out for M85 methanol gasoline and high-density polyethylene explosion-proof materials under 50 ℃. Comparing the changes of related properties of oil products and materials before and after the test,the results indicate that the exterior color remains the same for oil-soaked material sample and parallel stored oil sample. The indicators of acidity and the actual colloid of the M85 methanol gasoline have few changes. So it would not affect the quality of M85 methanol gasoline. The surface and the compressive strength of high-density polyethylene( HDPE) explosion-proof materials and M85 methanol gasoline remain unchanged after they are stored together.
