马来酸酐原位增容HDPE/GTR共混物的研究

摘要 本文采用马来酸酐(MAH)在过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的作用下实现了对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)共混物的原位增容,成功制备了力学性能良好的HDPE/GTR热塑性硫化胶(TPVs)。研究了MAH含量对共混物的力学性能和流动性能的影响。结果表明,加入2.50 wt%MAH和0.30wt%DCP制得的HDPE/GTR(40/60)热塑性硫化胶的力学性能得到了显著改善,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到13.50MPa和225.98%,分别较未增容体系提高了70.24%和258.58%。另外,通过熔体流动速率,研究了MAH含量对HDPE/GTR共混物流动性能和围观形貌的影响。
