网状铝合金材料对爆炸火焰抑制性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 以激波管实验为主要研究手段,研究了JFJ型特种铝合金阻隔防爆材料在环氧乙烷气体容器中的阻隔防爆能力及抗氧化能力。分别对未经氧化的、经环氧乙烷气体35℃下氧化三个月的、经60℃空气中氧化三个月的三种不同氧化状态的JFJ型特种铝合金材料进行了力学性能及抑爆性能实验研究和比较。实验结果表明,该材料对火焰速度的抑制具有很好的线性规律,同时对环氧乙烷气体具有较好的抗氧化能力,但经高温空气氧化后,抑爆性能下降。 With tests as the main research tool,the present paper has studied the explosion prevention ability and oxidation resistance ability of the JFJ special aluminum alloy in an ethylene oxide vessel. Mechanics Properties of the materials with different state of oxidation:without the oxidation,35℃ oxidized in the oxidant gas for three months and 60℃ oxidized in the air for three months were measured,and the explosion prevention ability of different state of oxidation of the JFJ special aluminum alloy was compared. The results indicated that this material's prevention to the flame velocity has a very good linear rule,meanwhile has good oxidation resistance ability to the ethylene oxide gas,but after high temperature air oxidation,the explosion suppression ability was weakened.
