摘要 在卧式激波管中测定了装填网状铝合金及非金属球形抑爆材料丙烷/空气混合物的燃爆增压。实验结果表明,两种抑爆材料均取得了较好的抑爆效果,铝合金抑爆材料、球形抑爆材料的抑爆能力分别为72.18%、88.25%,且两者抑爆压力增长速率平均值分别为2.31 MPa/s、0.557 MPa/s,非金属球形抑爆材料的抑爆性能优于网状铝合金抑爆材料。 In the horizontal shock tube,the explosion overpressure of propane / air mixture was tested when the shock tube was filled with aluminium alloy reticular materials and nonmetallic spherical materials. The experimental results show that the two kinds of explosion suppression materials have the optimum explosion suppression effect; the explosion suppression performance of aluminum alloy reticular materials and aluminum alloy reticular materials are 72. 18% and 88.25% respectively; the average pressure rising rates of the two materials are 2. 31 MPa·s- 1and 0. 557 MPa·s- 1; the explosion suppression performance of nonmetallic spherical materials are better than that of aluminium alloy reticular materials.
