摘要 为研究热老化对非金属球形抑爆材料力学性能与抑爆性能的影响,通过对比经60℃空气加速氧化1个月后的非金属球形抑爆材料和未被氧化的同一材料,来分析其性能改变情况。利用万能电子材料试验机和卧式激波管,测试材料的力学性能及其对丙烷/空气混合气的抑爆性能。试验结果是,60℃空气加速氧化后,非金属球形抑爆材料的力学性能下降3%,对丙烷/空气混合气的抑爆性能降低2%,这表明该材料对60℃空气具有很好的抗氧化能力。同时,材料对丙烷/空气混合气火焰传播有很好的抑制作用。 Non-metallic spherical explosion suppression materials were accelerated oxidation in 60 ℃ air for a month. Compared with no oxidation, the influence of thermal aging on the mechanical properties and the explosion suppression performance of material were tested. The performance of mechanics and explo- sion suppression of nonmetallic spherical explosion suppression materials were studied experimentally by using an universal electronic material testing machine and a horizontal shock tube. The results show that mechanics performance of non-metallic spherical explosion suppression materials falls only by 3% , per- formance of explosion suppression for propane-air mixture falls only by 2% after accelerating oxidation in 60 ℃ air. Indicating that materials have good antioxidant ability to 60℃air. Meanwhile, materials show excellent suppression performance to the flame propagation of propane-air mixture.
