摘要
概述IR建设能力培养研究框架,分析学科馆员在IR发展不同阶段作为"IR协助馆员"、"IR主管馆员"、"IR首席馆员"的认知、职责及以上角色定位,探讨三种不同角色定位的学科馆员IR建设能力培养方案。最后指出培养规划和成效评价是影响培养机制长效实施的两个关键因素。
This paper outlines the research framework and analyzes on the cognition, role and duty that the subject librarians as the assistant librarian of IR, competent librarian of IR, the chief librarian of IR in different stages of IR de- velopment. Then it discusses the cultivation plan of subject librarian IR capacity building in three different roles. Finally, it suggests that training plan and performance evaluation are two key factors of long - term development mechanism.
