摘要
在分析比较我国教学型、研究型及教学研究型大学内涵异同的基础上,界定教学研究型大学学科馆员的工作方向,提出以满意度为导向的教学研究型大学"学科馆员队伍建设""学科服务资源建设""学科服务网络链建设""运行与激励机制建设"及"服务对象(目标)与基本工作项目建设"的五维服务体系及其构建。其中,"学科馆员队伍建设"和"学科服务资源建设"是基础和核心,第四维"运行与激励机制建设"是关键。实践表明,本五维服务体系行之有效,对教学研究型大学的专业建设和学科建设起到了资源与服务保障作用。
The paper bases on the analysis and comparison of similarities and differences of teaching university, research universi- ty and teaching-research university on their connotations, defines subject librarian's work directions in teaching-research university, proposes satisfaction oriented five-dimension service system and its construction of teaching-research university, including subject li- brarian team construction, subject service resource construction, subject service's network chain construction, operation and incentive mechanism construction, service object and basic work project construction. Among them, subject librarian team construction and sub- ject service resource construction are the base and the core, and operation and incentive mechanism construction is the key. Practices show that this five-dimension service system works well, which plays the role of resource and service support for speciality construction and subject construction of teaching-research university.
