学科馆员制度最近才在我国高校开始施行，对高校的教学科研和图书馆自身的发展具有重要的推动作用。从学科馆员制度建立和完善的必要性、目的和任务以及如何建立和完善学科馆员制度进行了分析探讨。参考文献10。
The subject librarian system, which is helpful to the development of the education and scientific studies as well as the library itself in university, has been introduced into Chinese university libraries just for a few years. In this paper, necessity and tasks of the system are discussed. Besides, suggestions for constructing a proper subject librarian system are also given. Refs. 10.
