摘要
本文就机构知识库进行了系统的阐述,总结了机构知识库建设中存在的问题。在现状分析、理论探讨的基础上,提出了基于开放获取理念的机构知识库构建策略。
This paper systematically discusses the institutional repository, summarizes the questions which exist in the presents construction, After analysis of the present situation, the paper elaborated discusses the strategy of constructing the institutional repository.
