摘要
为了进一步推进北京邮电大学机构知识库的建设,本文从机构知识库建设的缘由、意义、面临的问题和对策等方面进行了阐述,提出了北京邮电大学机构知识库建设方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关的建议。
This paper describes the causes,the significance,the problems,and the countermeasures of the construction of institutional repository,in order to advance the development of institutional repository in Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication.The questions and the relevant advices are put forward in this paper.
