摘要
在大运行调度管理背景下,为适应运行需求,同时达到区域电网无功电压优化控制的效果,结合工程实例,研究了区域电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统的网省调协控制方案,详细介绍了华东电网的方案。通过研究500kV主变压器低压侧无功直控和中压侧无功协调模式,提出了网省AVC系统的功能和控制要求,并对网省AVC系统的数据通信流程作了详细描述。该方案能提高网调对500kV电网的控制能力,兼顾500kV、220kV电网间无功的合理流动,实现多电压等级的全局无功优化,对具备一定条件的电网调度中心具有很好的参考借鉴作用。
In the background of the large-scale operating administration, in order to accommodate operation require- ments and to achieve reactive power and voltage optimization control results for a regional power grid, given an engi- neering example, this article introduces the regional and provincial coordination control scheme for East China Grid's AVC system in detail. Via studying the low-voltage side reactive power control and mid-voltage side coordination con- trol mode of 500 kV transformers, functional and controlling requirements for regional and provincial AVC systems are proposed and the corresponding data communication process is depicted. This scheme helps to enhance regional dispatching center's control ability for 500 kV grids, gives consideration to reasonable reactive power flow between 500 kV and 220 kV grids, and achieves global active power optimization for multi-voltage grades, which is of good reference roles in ~3ower dispatchin~ centers 13rovided with certain conditions.
