摘要 大量分布式电源(DG)接入配网增强了主、配网间的联系,其优化控制需进行协同分析。提出了一种主配网一体化无功优化模型与算法,采用主从分裂法将问题分解为主网优化子问题、配网优化子问题、边界状态变量匹配子问题。采用分支定界-半正定规划法求解主网OPF子问题;采用二阶锥规划求解配网OPF子问题;通过分解协调计算确定优化控制策略,保证了主、配网无功优化的经济性和安全性。对IEEE30节点系统(主网)和IEEE33节点系统(配网)进行算例仿真,验证了模型和算法的有效性。 As the integration of a large number of distribution generations (DG) enhances the connection between the transmission grid and distribution network, it is necessary to have an collaborative and integral analysis on the optimal control. This paper presents a reactive optimization model and algorithm for integration of the transmission and distribution networks, where the master-slave splitting method is used to decompose the main problem into sub-problems of the transmission network optimization, distribution network optinfization and the boundary state variable matching. The branch and bound - positive semidefinite programming is used to solve the OPF sub-problem for the transmission network, the two-order cone programming for the OPF problem for the distribution network. The control strategy is determined through the decomposition and coordination calculation to ensure the safety and economy of the reactive power optimization for transmission and distribution networks. The simulation results of the IEEE30-bus test system and IEEE33-bus three-phase test system show that the proposed model and method are effective.
