摘要
基于阿拉善地区电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统存在的针对低压电网调节次数偏多、不能自动调节220 kV母线电压等不足,在原AVC系统基础上增加了220 kV母线电压自动控制策略,实现了220 kV变电站电容/电抗器自动控制。文章结合动态拓扑和灵敏度校核阐述了优化后的AVC策略和控制流程。通过该策略可减少下级厂站容抗器和变压器分接头的动作次数,提高区域电压合格率。目前已在阿拉善地调PCS-9000调控一体化平台AVC系统中得到实际应用,效果良好。
In view of the over regulation to the low voltage power grid and having no strategy to regulate the 220 kV bus automatically in Alashan district, a new regulating strategy of 220 kV buses in radial structure is added to the traditional AVC system of power dispatching center. The paper analyzes the structure of 220 kV buses and a new regulating strategy for radial structure is given. Dynamic topology and sensitivity check is used in the processes of trategy generation and remote control. Combining with the strategy, the AVC system can reduce the switching frequency of capacitor/reactor and the transformer tap, and improve the power quality of substations' service area. The strategy has dispatching regulating been applied and proved effectively in PCS-9000, the integration system of and supervisory control in Alashan District Power Grid.
