摘要
阐述了外商直接投资对推动我国经济发展的重要性,论述了其与国内导向型产业升级的联系,以及与山西省煤炭产业链构建的重要关系,认为外商直接投资是促进山西产业结构升级的重要途径。
The paper stated the importance of the foreign direct investment to promote the economic development in China and explained the link between the foreign direct investment and the domestic guiding type industry upgrading and the important re- lationship between the foreign direct investment and the establishment of the Shanxi coal industry chain. The paper held that the foreign direct investment would be an important access to promote the upgrading of Shanxi industry structure.
