In order to help China coal enterprise to have the internationalized strategy experiences implemented by the overseas enterprises for reference, a first paper of the series papers in the column introduced the multinational operation practices implemented by the overseas large mining groups, including the BHP Billiton Ltd.- Broken Hill Proprietary Billiton Limited, Rio Tinto Group, Peabody Energy Group, Xstrata plc, Anglo American Mining Group, Japan General Trading Company, Korea Resources Corporation and others.
