摘要
目的 :编制一套可独立使用的标准化幼儿人格评估工具。方法 :根据幼儿人格发展的阶段特征 ,从理论上假设幼儿人格发展包括六个维度 ,初始量表共有 6 0个项目 ,由幼儿的主要养育者根据他 (她 )所掌握的幼儿实际表现来回答问题。 1996至 1999年在全国九个地区共取样 2 341名幼儿 ,年龄在 2岁半~ 3岁半之间。结果 :因素分析结果得出 4个主要因素 ,分别为探索主动性、合群和适应性、情绪稳定性和自我控制、独立性 ,最后保留 45个项目 ;对全量表和分量表的项目一致性进行检验 ,α系数为 0 .77~ 0 .90 ;各分量表间均存在显著的正相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;各条目的重测相关除第 16条外均达显著性水平 (P <.0 1)。结论 :本量表结构与幼儿人格发展的四个主要方面相一致 ,内部一致性高 ,同时具较高的重测信度 ,适用于对幼儿进行人格发展趋向的评估。
Objective:To develop a standardized rating scale for evaluating personality development in children. Methods: The original scale consisted of 60 items, including 6 primary factors. We sampled a total of 2 341 children aged from 2.5~3.5 in 9 regions of China. The scale was rated by the main fosterer of children. Results: Factor analysis produced 4 main factors: exploratory activity, social adaptability, emotional stability, and independence. The modified scale comprised of 45 items with high internal consistency (α=0.77~0.90) and high test-retest reliability. Significant correlations were found among the 4 factors ( P <.001). Conclusion:The rating scale has been proved to attain good psychometric properties both in terms of reliability and validity. The scale can be applied for use in assessing and monitoring personality development in young children.
