摘要
文章介绍了教师工作压力量表的编制过程,并对其信度和效度进行了检验。量表的编制过程分为三个步骤,被试的对象为广州市中学教师,共402人;量表的同质性信度和分半信度都很高,同时效度明显。
This paper first introduces the development of the job stress scale for teachers and then studies its reliability and validity. The development process falls into three steps and the research sample consisted of 402 middie school teachers from Guangzhou. The study indicates that the homogeneity reliability and split-half reliability are very high, and concurrent validity is obvious.
