摘要
目的建立硝酸消解滤膜中的锡、火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定的检测方法。方法用硝酸消解滤膜,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定溶液中的锡。结果 1.5mL硝酸消解滤膜测得滤膜中的锡质控样在范围内。结论将采过样的滤膜置于消解管中,加入硝酸消解处理样品,操作简单易于控制,用此方法测定了中国疾病预防控制中心职业卫生中毒控制所制作的滤膜中的锡成分分析质量控制样品,参加了中国疾病预防控制中心职业卫生中毒控制所组织的全国职业卫生检测能力考核滤膜中的锡盲样检测,结果均满意。硝酸消解样品,样品前处理简单省时,干扰少。
Objective To establish a detection method of nitric acid digestion membrane of tin, flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Nitric acid were used to digest the sampling filter membranes and the determining conditions of flame atomic absorption spectrometry were adjusted. Results When 1.5 mL nitric acid served as the digesting reagents the measured values of tin in the QC sample membrane is within range. Conclusion When the samples were digested in nitric acid, Sample pre-treatment is simple, saving time, less interference
