摘要
建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定工作场所空气中的锡及其化合物的方法:采样后的滤膜经微波消解,用电感耦合发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)外标法测定。结果表明,锡在0.20μg/mL^8.00μg/mL线性良好,相关系数>0.999 1,方法检出限为0.05μg/mL,高、中、低3个浓度水平下的平均加标回收率为99.2%。本法可用于测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的含量。
To establish a ICP-OES method for determination of tin and its compounds in the air of workplace.Sampled filter membrance was digested by microwave,detected by ICP-OES.Results showed that:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.20μg/mL^8.00μg/mL.The correlation cofficient(γ)was bove 0.999 1.The detection limit of tin was0.05μg/mL.At three spiked levels,the average recoveries rate was 99.2%.The method can accurately detect the content of tin and its compounds in the air of workplace.
