摘要
为了试验的可操作性、准确性、时效性,建立了石墨消解氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中二氧化锡含量的方法,并对此方法的试验条件进行了优化。用石墨消解仪消解滤膜样品,选择用盐酸和硝酸混合溶液做消解液,用硫脲+抗坏血酸还原,选用北京吉天AFS-9330型双光道原子荧光光度计测定滤膜中二氧化锡含量。对负高压、灯电流、消解液的选择、消解温度及还原剂用量等进行了优化。结果显示,在最优实验条件下,工作场所空气中二氧化锡测定的灵敏度、精密度均良好,相对标准偏差为0.97%~1.96%。该方法操作简便,试剂消耗少,准确度高,可广泛适用于工作场所中二氧化锡含量的快速测定。
In order to improve the operability,accuracy and timeliness of the test,a method for the determination of tin dioxide in the air of workplace by graphite digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established,and the test conditions of the method were optimized.The sample of filter membrane was digested by graphite digestion instrument.The mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid was selected as the digestion solution,and the solution was reduced by thiourea+ascorbic acid.The content of tin dioxide in the filter membrane was determined by Beijing Jitian AFS-9330 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer.The negative high voltage,lamp current,digestion solution selection,digestion temperature and reducing agent dosage were optimized.The results showed that under the optimal experimental conditions,the sensitivity and precision of the determination of tin dioxide in the air of workplace were good,and the relative standard deviation was 0.97%~1.96%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low reagent consumption and high accuracy,and can be widely used for the rapid determination of tin dioxide content in workplace.
